No service charges or maintenance required. Better return than FD or EPF plus
capital gain

2- Purchase and manage on your own
(cheaper by RM100 per sqft)
Service charge applicable and obviously you have to manage it yourself. The plus
point is, 900+ to 1100+ sqft suite have two rooms with separate entrance, separate
bath room and a connecting door. You can close the connecting door and
Walla! You got two rooms for the price of one!!

The next visit to the sales and site office is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon
